Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid fees.
Late cancellations or same-day reschedule/cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
No call/no shows will result in a 90% charge of the service cost, which will be charged to the card on file.
Deposits can only be transferred once to appointments rescheduled within one week of the original date. Thank you for your understanding!
